Daily Work:

• Collaborate with your colleagues to define, design, and ship features
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle (requirement collection, clarification, coding, testing, integration testing, deployment)
• Write quality, well-designed, testable, efficient code
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Ensure designs are compliant with specifications
• Learn about, evaluate, and recommend new technology.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with stakeholders, visual designers, UX Architects, and user researchers to Liaising between the Product Owner and the Development Team.
• Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches.
• Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
• Enhancing the quality of Huuk products and services.
• Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
• Utilizing IT data for business insights.
• Analyzing business needs.
• Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
• Producing reports on application development and implementation.
• Running A/B tests and analyzing data.
• Analyzing data to inform business decisions
• Translate business objectives/needs into documents.
• Take user stories written and use those stories to write requirements which are used by the development teams to write the code.
• Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on time and with high quality.
• Weekly and/or on-demand report to supervisor.
• Follow the project and organization processes, policies, and regulations.

Your Skills and Experience

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in Business Analyst position.
• 1+ years in a technology-driven role/ an IT management position
• 1+ years in building mobile application
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent in English Communication (reading and writing)
• Experience in social network applications such as Tiktok, Instagram (as end-user)
• Experience with E-commerce applications such as Tiki, Lazada, Shopee… (as end-user)
