What You Will Do

• Collect and analyze requirements/feedback from clients, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
• Communicate with all teams to understand the requirements
• Write functional and business requirement documents: create wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, activity diagrams and use cases.
• Communicate with Development Team (Dev, Tester, Designer) to ensure the requirement understanding during implementation.
• Compose related documents such as: release note, user manual...
• Present ideas and features to related people.
• Join and propose idea in the brainstorming meetings.
• Other tasks from Leader/ PM.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant
• From 1 year+ of BA experience
• Presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good at logical thinking, analysis, and researching skill
• Experience in web application and mobile
• Basic technical knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Wireframe & UX Design and experience with tools such as Balsamiq, Draw.io, Figma, ...
• Experience in Scrum/Agile model with project tools: Click-Up, Jira, Redmine, TFS…
• Experience with blockchain, crypto, NFT, GameFi, DeFi… platforms 
• Able to understand database structure, able to write and run db query.
