What will you do?

1. UX-UI Design

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Conduct quick design demos and concept explorations to ideate and validate new project ideas
• Ensure consistency in UI components and maintain design systems
• Proactively research and apply new design techniques to improve user experience and visual aesthetics

2. Graphic Design

• Create engaging visuals for social media, ads, presentations, and other promotional materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and conversion-focused graphics
• Design sales decks, case studies, and portfolio presentations to showcase our work
• Experiment with new tools, animations, and interactions to enhance design

3. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure design consistency
• Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback

Your Skills and Experience

What are we looking for?

• Experience: 2+ years in UI/UX and graphic design
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• AI & Automation: Ability to integrate AI-powered tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) into design
• UX/UI Knowledge: Good understanding of user experience principles, prototyping, and design systems
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to ideate quickly and translate ideas into visually compelling designs
• Research Mindset: Passion for staying ahead of design trends and applying new concepts
• English: Ability to communicate effectively in English for team collaboration and presentations

Nice to have:

• Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
