Where you are going to:
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems
- Provide daily operational support for LAN/WAN networks
- Take responsibility for improving the quality of the systems’ security and performance
- Advise on software or hardware upgrades
- Provide basic training in IT regulation for new employees
- Have opportunity to be promoted to Systems/DevOps Engineer
- Additional tasks as required
Your Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
- Have background in Computer Science/ Information Technology
- At least 2 years of experience as IT Helpdesk/IT Support at Software company
- Experienced in working with VPN, Microsoft 365 Administration
- Familiar with installing computer hardware, software, systems, networks
- Good teamwork spirit and work attitude
- Young, active, and dedicated
