About Lozi

Established in 2014, Lozi is the fastest-growing Tech startup that operates a one-hour-delivery E-commerce platform called Loship.

Loship now has a fleet of more than 70,000 drivers and 270,000 merchants, serving almost 2,500,000 customers across four big cities of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho – all dedicated to fulfilling the Vietnamese consumers’ one-hour delivery needs.

What You Will Do

• Desktop and Network Support
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time
• Oriented to DevOps engineer (trained to become DevOps engineer)

Your Skills and Experience

• Install computers, printers, wireless or other network connections and applications.
• Upgrade and repair computer systems, hardware drivers and applications.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Monitor performance of systems and advise senior administrators of problems, defects or potential security breaches.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
