-         Scale, mentor and manage a team of many members to accelerate the development progress.

-         Understand the requirements and map out estimation and overall progress with clear instructions to improve the product quality.

-         Motivate and build up team culture to help the team reach the project objectives.

-         Conduct cost-benefit analysis and figure out suitable development solutions.

-         Understand the connection among project timeline, objectives, and business performance.

Your Skills and Experience

＜Must have＞

-         Be ready for improvement from details.

-         Ability to connect the team and resolve internal issues.

-         Ability to assess risks and build up contingency plans.

-         More than 5-year experience in Web Development

-         Be able to communicate with the Clients in Japanese

＜Nice to have＞

-         Proven working experience as a Project Manager/VPOE/CTO

-         Proven experience in toB application development; product management with SaaS products

-         Be familiar with agile scrum methodology, process

-         Excellent problem-solving skill

-         Good English competency
