Where we are going to

1. Product Development

• Lead the development and execution of the eCommerce product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, QC, CS and Marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches

2. Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and trends in the ecommerce landscape
• Utilize insights to contribute to product strategies and feature prioritization

3. Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate product plans, progress, and results
• Support product launches in product GTM strategy

4. User Experience and Design

• Work alongside UX/UI Designers to enhance the user experience and incorporate user feedback into product improvements
• Advocate for user-centric design principles

5. Additional Skills (A Plus)

• Experience in product operations, such as CRM, ERP
• Familiarity with product growth strategies, including referral and promotion platforms

Your Skills and Experience

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the Ecommerce industry
• Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, matched with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Passion for Ecommerce, Technology trends, and a customer-centric approach
