What you're going to do

  • Studio Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring brand standards and performance targets are met
  • Team Leadership: Lead, recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a positive studio culture
  • Business Development: Drive growth and brand presence through local partnerships and community engagement
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track revenue, and report on financial performance
  • Client Relations: Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports and analyze data for operational insights

Your Skills and Experience

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in studio or operations management, preferably within the fitness (gym, yoga, or pilates) or wellness industry
  • Experience managing multiple outlets or locations, ensuring consistent service standards and operational performance
  • Familiarity with market trends on the West Coast of the US and customer-oriented
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Independent, decisive nature, and willingness to business trip as needed
  • Experience in managing and overseeing the development of franchise operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, is a plus
