What you're going to do
System Monitoring
- Continuously monitor system dashboards and performance indicators
- Conduct regular testing of products (apps, PC/mobile games) according to predefined scenarios and schedules
- Analyze and identify anomalies, errors, or potential issues
- Promptly report incidents
Incident Handling
- Coordinate with relevant technical teams to resolve emerging issues
- Track incident resolution progress and ensure systems are restored quickly
- Update stakeholders on incident status
Information Management
- Store and manage records of system operations, incidents, and implemented solutions
- Generate regular reports on system status and performance

Your Skills and Experience
What we are looking for
- High school diploma or higher, or currently enrolled in university
- At least 1 year of experience in system monitoring or technical support
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and independent work skills
- Strong observational and monitoring abilities
- Proficient testing skills for applications and games on PC and mobile devices
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools, including Nagios, Zabbix, and Prometheus
- Strong analytical, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation, reporting, and time management skills
- Good English communication skills are a plus
