What you're going to do
- Studio Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring brand standards and performance targets are met
- Team Leadership: Lead, recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a positive studio culture
- Business Development: Drive growth and brand presence through local partnerships and community engagement
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track revenue, and report on financial performance
- Client Relations: Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports and analyze data for operational insights
Your Skills and Experience
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in studio or operations management, preferably within the fitness (gym, yoga, or pilates) or wellness industry
- Experience managing multiple outlets or locations, ensuring consistent service standards and operational performance
- Familiarity with market trends on the West Coast of the US and customer-oriented
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Independent, decisive nature, and willingness to business trip as needed
- Experience in managing and overseeing the development of franchise operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, is a plus
